As <a href=\"http:\/\/www.protezionecivile.gov.it\/media-comunicazione\/news\/dettaglio\/-\/asset_publisher\/default\/content\/sabato-25-gennaio-una-giornata-dedicata-a-giuseppe-zamberletti\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" aria-label=\"expressed (opens in a new tab)\">expressed<\/a> by the National Department of Civil Protection, Zamberletti made the organization of the National Service, established in 1992, possible and introduced the concepts of forecasting and prevention as distinct from rescue activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the occasion\nof the commemorative day, Franco Siccardi, President Emeritus of the CIMA Research\nFoundation, recalled his years of work alongside the man to whom the Foundation\nowes its existence.
