It reports to the managing director. The area is divided into five offices: personnel, missions, secretariat, secretariat presidency, accounting, procurement.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In brief:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the hr office is mainly responsible for the administrative management of employees and non-employees, liaising with the labour consultant, the CO and the President; for the management of the CIMA office liaising with Spes and Unige; for the management of doctoral students, trainees and scholarship holders; it supports the GEP group in the application of the Gender Equality Plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the missions and secretariat office manages the missions of CIMA staff and all those related to active projects, liaising with the supporting economic operator; manages the first reception, orders the common spaces, keeps the office functional, receives and redirects CIMA&#8217;s pec messages and institutional emails; keeps the first accounting of the Albanian Branch (control and discharge of invoices, forecast of expenses, payment of salaries, taxes and utilities).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Bureau Secretariat develops and maintains connections between CIMA Foundation and the outside world; it provides support to the President and Programme Directors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the accounting department is responsible for keeping ordinary accounts; drawing up the annual and forecast financial statements in consultation with the president and the accountant; managing payments and relations with credit institutions; compiling and printing mandatory accounting and company books.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the procurement office is in charge of purchasing services and supplies as requested by the various PMs in order to make existing projects functional, applying the procurement code; it takes care of all procurement-related interconnections in conjunction with the project and accounting office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All offices work synergistically and in concert with the managing director, the president and the various consultants whose specific competences require them to give their input and opinion.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":9850,"template":"","class_list":["post-8897","ambito","type-ambito","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.cimafoundation.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ambito\/8897","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.cimafoundation.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ambito"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.cimafoundation.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/ambito"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.cimafoundation.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/9850"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.cimafoundation.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=8897"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
